The collection, use, and processing of your personal information is carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the provisions of the Private Data Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12) or other applicable regulations applicable in the Republic of Croatia, which regulate the protection of personal data.

Where and how are data stored?

In the context of saving or processing user data in any other way, prahir-b2b.com will apply the appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or otherwise unguaranteed processing. Such measures are subject to regular control and are, if necessary, changed. This is also applied to third parties entrusted with managing systems.

Personal data shall be kept in a form that allows for identification of the user for not longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the data are collected or further processed.
We use various security measures, including encryption and authentication, to protect and maintain the security, integrity, and availability of your data.

Among others, we also use the following measures:

strictly limited personal access to your information on the principle of "necessary knowledge" and solely for the purpose of which you are informed,

How long we keep your data

We store and process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the execution of certain legitimate purposes, unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer period of time for a particular purpose. In the case of giving marketing consent, we keep the information for as long as the consent is not withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers, where no marketing consent is given, we keep the offer information for a year, and if you request us to delete it, it will be deleted immediately.

Personal data that are no longer needed will be either irrevocably anonymized or destroyed in a safe manner.

Questions and suggestions, requests for information, corrections, or deletions

The User has the right to at any time waive the consent given for processing personal data and to request the termination of further processing of his or her data, except when the data is processed for statistical purposes, when personal data no longer allow identification of the person to whom it relates. The user also has the right to request correction or modification of the personal data he or she has provided for processing. Withdrawing consent or requesting correction or modification of personal data shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to prahir@prahir.hr or to the postal address: Zagreba?ka 57, 10 410 Velika Gorica. The user has the right to expressly oppose the processing of his or her personal data for marketing purposes and in that case the personal data relating to him or her shall not be processed for that purpose. The objection to processing of personal data for marketing purposes shall be provided by the user by e-mail to prahir@prahir-b2b.com or at the postal address, Zagreba?ka 57, 10 410 Velika Gorica. All other questions, suggestions, and comments regarding personal data processing are welcome.

Anyone who believes that a right guaranteed by this law has been violated may file a request to have this right violation determined to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
